How to Order:

Our optical team reviews every prescription for absolute accuracy. Your custom ZEISS lenses are inspected to meet the highest standards before being fitted and shipped to you.

Worldwide Shipping & Processing

We are pleased to offer complimentary DHL Express shipping on all global orders.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Europe: 5–7 business days.
• Rest of the World: 10–15 business days.

Production Time for Prescription Orders:
Please allow additional time for our lab to craft your custom lenses:

• Reading & Blue Light Lenses: +1–2 business days.
• ZEISS Single Vision: +2–4 business days.
• ZEISS Progressive Lenses: +5 business days.

Note: Delivery estimates may vary due to local customs clearance procedures. Any import duties or taxes incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be in pristine, original condition with all packaging intact.
• You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt/order ID).

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Important Policy Details:

• Return Fee: A shipping fee of $23 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
• Custom Lenses: Prescription lenses (including reading and blue-light options) are non-refundable. These are custom-made specifically for your eyes and cannot be restocked.
